1. Contractual Partner

2. Subject Matter of the Contract
These Terms govern the sale of new merchandise products via the Provider’s online shop.
The essential characteristics of the products are set out in the respective product descriptions in the online shop.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded via electronic commerce through the online shop system or by means of distance communication (e.g. email).
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order.
Ordering process in the online shop:

Selection of the product (e.g. size, color, quantity)

Adding the product to the shopping cart

Clicking the “Order” button

Selection of the payment method

Review of the order details

Submission of the order by clicking “Place order with obligation to pay”

Automatic order confirmation email
The contract is concluded upon shipping confirmation or explicit order confirmation by the Provider.
4. Prices
All prices stated are final prices.
In accordance with the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown.
5. Payment Conditions
The following payment methods are accepted:

Advance payment by bank transfer

Cash on delivery

Payment service providers (e.g. PayPal)
The invoice amount is payable within 7 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction.
The customer shall only be deemed in default after a reminder has been issued.
In the case of cash on delivery, additional fees may be charged by the delivery service provider.
6. Delivery Conditions
Delivery takes place after confirmed receipt of payment.

If a product is permanently unavailable (e.g. due to force majeure or supplier failure), the Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Withdrawal Instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:

in the case of goods: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receive the goods

in the case of partial deliveries: upon receipt of the last partial delivery

Sending the withdrawal notice within the withdrawal period is sufficient to comply with the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Excluded from this are claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Liability
Claims for damages by the customer are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
This does not apply to damages resulting from:

Injury to life, body or health

Breach of essential contractual obligations

Intent or gross negligence
10. Assignment Prohibition
Claims of the customer may not be assigned or pledged without the Provider’s prior consent, unless a legitimate interest exists.
11. Language, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract language is German.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
For consumers, this applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence are not restricted.
The place of jurisdiction for merchants is the registered address of the Provider.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website and the applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
13. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
14. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
